We offer a site survey to identify the correct category of fire alarm system that needs to be installed.
Most systems are installed for the purpose of life preservation, categorised as an 'L' system, L1 offering the highest level of detection through to L5.
We provide a professional design document with all devices marked up before installation commences.

Commissioning the fire alarm system to certify it is suitable and ready for use. After a full review and test of all devices, we certify the system is ready for use, and provide a commissioning certificate.
MAINTENANCE PLANS
All fire alarm services are done in accordance with BS5839-1:2025 - The British Standard for fire detection and alarm systems in non-domestic buildings. It is a code of practice providing recommendations for the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of these systems. We hold a copy of these standards and practice in accordance with them.
FIRE ALARM STANDARD PLAN
- Two services per year carried out approximately 6 months apart inclusive of: a 50% functional testing of all devices (including smoke and heat detectors, manual call points, and any system integrations) at each service. Allowing 100% of devices to be tested over a one year period.
- Testing of battery and mains voltages, charge & date
- Load tests
- Inspection of control panel indicator lights and panel buzzer
- Visual inspection of all devices and associated equipment
- Reporting of tests and tested devices
- Assessments to ensure system is still appropriate
- Maintenance of devices schedules and fire alarm system portfolio
- Prompt response to issue reports
- 4 hour telephonic response 24/7
- Fault finding at service visits as required
- Direct to engineer service via Whatsapp
- Maintain subscription with the 24 hour alarm receiving centre
